My Experience of Cava
Last Thursday me and my parents went to Cava for dinner.
Cava is a fantastic restaurant that serves Spanish cuisine.
For starters we had their highly acclaimed cured meat and cheese board. All the meats were very nice but the blue cheese was not to my palette.
For my main course I had cured salmon with some cucumber which was very tasty and a dish I would highly recommend.
Some of the tapas we had were patatas bravas, deep fried chickpeas, a very nice beetroot and pine nut salad, cauliflower, almonds and chilli and finally my favourite tomato bread and olive oil.
Finally we had desert I had churros and chocolate the chocolate was a bit too dark and the churros were a bit too hard. My mum ordered my favourite creme brûlée with caramel ice - cream with almonds and that was lovely.
Overall it was great restaurant that I would highly recommend the waiters were pleasant and the food was great I would give it a 9/10.
