Chelsea VS Arsenal

A thrilling game dominated by Chelsea.

Arsenal has been the longest standing team in the Premier League having been in the league since 1919. They have also won 13 Premier Leagues. Chelsea on the other hand are European champions having just won the Champions League against Manchester City they have also won 6 FA Cups.

Out of the 204 times they've played Arsenal have won 79 times to Chelsea's 66 with both teams drawing on 59 occasions.

Chelsea was off the back of a 3 - 0 win against Crystal Palace. This game marked Lukaku's second debut having signed from Anderlecht in 2011. He was with Chelsea until 2014 when he signed for Everton then Manchester United and after that he was sold to Inter Millan. Chelsea signed him for a club recored fee of 97.5million pounds. Arsenal on the other hand was on the back of a loss to hands of Brentford, but they could be excused for that for they weren't at full strength missing both Abaumyang and Lacazette.

There still were some notable exceptions such as Lacazette and new signing Ben White unavailable with Covid 19. Chelsea changes were Chalobah out Christensen and Werner out for new signing Lukaku. Chelsea were brilliant from the start with Lukaku breaking the deadlock fifteen minuets into the game with the assist coming from Reece James. The second goal game 20 minutes later with Reece James scoring with an assist from Mason Mount.

Overall it was a match dominate by Chelsea with Arsenal having no real quality.
